My name is Jackie Bachmeier, founder and co-owner of Evolution Fitness & Wellness. In my mid-40's, I knew I needed to make a change if I was going to be the active grandma I wanted to be with my grandchildren. But after years at a desk job I knew I needed to get stronger, lose some weight, and get moving if I was going to make similar memories with my grands.
So, I sought out a big box gym and after 8 trial and errors, found a trainer who understood I wasn't a former athlete and needed a different approach. What I learned along that journey led me to a passionate mission to help other men and women discover how important and impactful the right fitness program can be.
In 2016, Jason and I opened Evolution Fitness & Wellness and today we proudly serve over a hundred men and women aged 36 to 99 each week. I know we can help you too! You'll never regret the investment you make in yourself by starting at EFW.

The entire EFW training staff not only holds national personal training certifications, but additional speciality certifications as Functional Aging Specialists. This team of trainers is led by founder and co-owner Jackie Bachmeier who has spent the past 7-years helping the coaching team enhance their training skills through on-going professional development several times throughout the year.
EFW attracts men and women who enjoy travel, spending active time with their grandchildren, golfing, and therefore understand the importance of investing in themselves by training 3-4x per week. The EFW community is supportive, kind, and fun. Similar to "Cheers", it's a place where everybody knows your name.
EFW training sessions are built around foundational movements that support the way you move in life. We incorporate balance, strength, aerobic training, agility, mobility, and more. Sessions offer variety, and our coaching team understands how to safely progress or modify movement patterns as needed for the individual.
EFW offers personal training in small groups of up to 8 people Monday thru Saturday. All sessions are pre-booked through our easy to use calendar. Find a time slot that works for you and stick to it, or have the flexibility to train at different times throughout the week. There are in-studio and virtual options to choose from.
EFW is the only area studio that offers these specialized support tools for your health & wellness. These tools include FAR Infrared Sauna, Zibrio Postural Stability/Balance Scale, Styku 3-D Body Scan, Private and Small Group Nutrition Coaching
We understand how to meet you where you are at and safely progress you as your fitness level improves. That is one of the reasons our clients are bonded to us. We even understand how to support individuals who've been through joint replacements or people with comprised balance.
Every session at EFW contains some type of movement pattern to help improve balance. Additionally, our Zibrio Balance Scale helps assess your current postural sway thus your risk of taking a spill. Having an initial Zibrio score and then retesting often is one of the ways you can track your improvements, although, we think you'll notice other subtle indicators of improved balance as well.
I truly believe that without my training at EFW I would not be able to maintain the lifestyle I live. In between my 4 workouts a week, I travel as much as possible, I ride the motorcycle with my husband and I help him maintain three properties. The squats, push-ups, pulls, cardio, balance, breathing and lifting we do at EFW are all of value in my day to day life to keep me going. On top of the life longevity I am getting by being part of EFW, I have also found a community of like-minded individuals who all share a common goal and that is to meet aging head on and never give up!
